Early Spring 1995 thru Spring 1998

Sean's first band, Redwoods Before Christ was a cover group which performed tunes by artists such as Cream, Black Sabbath, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, etc.

The Exiled - a "great band" where Sean was first able to present and develop some of his own ideas and songs. They were a cover/ original band, influenced by groups such as Alice in Chains, My Bloody Valentine, and The Sex Pistols

Barrel of Monkeys - "Unfortunately, a short lived, yet immensely enjoyed experience," in which they delved into "haphazard instrumental music which sounded like The Clash, They Might Be Giants, and

all mixed up in a blender..."

Bacon - "The greatest and most influential band that I have had the privilege to join, and to this day be a member of.  The most successful group that I have been in as well!"  They played original material  with diverse elements inspired by bands such as Faith No More, Sonic Youth, Pink Floyd, Fugazi, Minor Threat, Tool, and The Smashing Pumpkins.
