Please keep in mind that everyone in your act should be over 21 years of age if you expect us to attempt to promote you in area nightclubs. We do NOT make the laws which regulate this fact, but neither are we in the business of trying to "sneak" anyone in, to try to "justify" their being there when legally they are not supposed to be and they get caught at it, nor any other such thing ...

Please do not lie about your age to us, "offer" that you have a fake ID, or anything like that ...
If you are NOT all over 21, then we are NOT
going to try to get you
into area clubs ...

Keep in mind also though that SOME clubs do have
"over 18" admission on certain nights.
If everyone in the band is over 18,
then we will try to secure these gigs for you ...

Also keep in mind (and don't despair) the fact that there are many other places which offer the opportunity for various acts to perform - NOT just adult nightclubs ...  These include, but are nowhere near being limited to, area colleges and universities - as well as high schools and other schools, setting up having your own concerts in area halls,
private functions, and many others ...

Sorry - we make NO exceptions - WHATSOEVER - to these rules ...

Initially, you will have to show us a legally-valid picture ID to assure us that each member is at least 18 years of age.

Each member of the band has to have the capacity to enter into a legally-binding agreement.

AGAIN - there are NO EXCEPTIONS ...

One of the primary purposes for this is because we will require you to agree that you will show up for performances which are booked for you under the Pentacle name. Another (and a more obvious reason) would be that if we do decide to "sign" you altogether, you need to be able to enter into a contract which states that you are currently signed under Pentacle Records, that you will for this time record only with Pentacle, and that it's for a specified time period. Each contract is specific, depending upon the needs and wishes of the involved entities, so there are usually other specific terms which need to be agreed upon, as well.
